ITVX replaced the ITV Hub in early December.

It’s the new home for around 10,000 hours of free shows, such as Love Island.

Users can use the same log-in details from their old ITV Hub account to access the new and improved version of ITVX.

And it’s still free.

The platform is currently available on iOS devices, such as iPhones and iPads, as well as Android phones and Samsung Smart TVs (from 2016 onwards) and Roku TVs.

ITVX is also ready to use on Sky Glass and Sky Stream.

But this has Sky Q customers feeling left out and sharing their woes on social media.

One Twitter user, who goes by Sarah, wrote: “As much as I encourage myself to read, play my piano or guitar and craft on an evening to relax.

“Please could you let me know how I get ITVX onto my Sky Q box…. Can’t figure it out!!”

Another user, called John, Tweeted: “Get on with putting ITVX on Sky, seems unfair that everyone else can watch it, but Sky Q customers can’t?

“Why are we waiting??”

The trick to getting it is to use another device, such as a smart TV or streaming stick.

In a post on its website, Sky said ITVX “will be available on Sky Q soon.”

ITV added: “We are currently looking into bringing the ITVX app to the Sky Q platform, unfortunately, we do not have any news on when this could happen sadly.”
