‘Sending positivity’ Julia Bradbury inundated with support as she shares recovery update

Julia Bradbury posted a 40-second clip on her official Twitter account as she wished her fans a good day. The Irish TV personality could be seen pacing through the streets while delivering her sweet message somewhat out of breath.

“I just wanted to say, have a good day,” she said in the clip yesterday.

“Sending lots of love and positivity, and remember that the small things – the little things, they are actually the big things.”

Julia continued: “So there’s little moments of joy, those little pockets of loveliness that you experience today.

“Remember those, take the feeling and keep it there, because they are the important things.”

Virgin olive oil, in particular, according to Healthline, can also help reduce inflammation and has been shown to work similarly to ibuprofen.

“My new rock and roll: an olive oil shot,” Julia expressed.

“The phenolics in olive oil have antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.”

She revealed that taking olive oil shots has become the norm for her, which she enjoys having a few times a week.

Julia insisted she even mixes it into her lemon dressings for salads.

Her fans wasted no time leaving their reactions in the comment section of the post, with many stressing they already had olive oil shots “for years”.

“I’ve been doing this for several years! My Maltese Nanna used to swear by it!” wrote @MancLorenzo.

“Got to be the BEST quality olive oil though.”

Twitter user @Batessusie171 chimed in, saying: “Glad to see you looking so well, Julia.

“Great little tip there too. When I eventually have my new kitchen I’ll treat myself to some decent olive oil and join in with your shots.”
