MANILA, Philippines—Abdul Barode added bronze to Sibol Pilipinas’ esports medal tally in the 32nd Southeast Asian Games at Olympia Mall on Monday.

Barode totaled 81 points after eight matches in the PlayerUnknown’s Battleground (PUBG) Mobile individual event to finish in third place.

Vietnam’s Dinh Chien Nguyen sharing the bronze medal with 81 points, as well.

Home bet Tra Chhany delivered in a huge way for Cambodia with a gold medal finish after garnering 84 points. Indonesia’s Alan Raynold Kumaseh was behind by a point (83) to end up with the silver medal.

With Barode’s win, the Philippines remained third in the medal tallies of the esport event with six total medals (two golds, one silver and three bronzes).

Sibol’s two golds came from the men’s Mobile Legends: Bang Bang event and the mixed team’s League of Legends: Wild Rift (mobile) category.
