Realme users, here’s when your smartphone will get Android 13 update – Times of India

Android 13 has been out for a while now and smartphone makers are still figuring out when to roll it out to various devices. Realme has announced the Android 13 roadmap for almost all its smartphones that are scheduled to get the latest update.
The company has revealed that the Realme GT Neo 3 150W, Realme GT Neo 3 , and Realme GT 2 launched will be the first phones to get Android 13 in September 2022.
The application channel will open on September 19 and applications will be accepted in batches. The update is going to be available to a limited set of users initially followed by a larger rollout later, said the company in a press release. “Installing the Early Access software on your secondary smartphone is advised, as the version will be undergoing improvements for a more refined and smoother experience,” said Realme in a press release.

What users need to do to get Early Application access

1. Make sure your device has 60%+ battery.
2. Update your device to the required UI version → RMX3301_11.A.16/ RMX3301_11.A.17
3. Apply for the Early Access via the Software Update Application channel:
(Settings → Software Update → Tap on the settings icon in the top right corner → Trial Version → Apply Now → Submit your details and finish the quiz).
