Real Housewives of New Jersey star teases brawl over Teresa Giudice romance

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga teased an upcoming ‘brawl’ over Teresa Giudice’s relationship with fiancé Luis ‘Louie’ Ruelas.

The season 12 premiere of RHONJ started with a bang this week and shows no signs of slowing down – with much of the drama surrounded the mom-of-four’s budding romance as her cast mates shared their fears over her beau’s intentions.

A trailer for future episodes revealed Teresa slamming a restaurant table and taking out her anger on Margaret Josephs.

Viewers watched on as Margaret questioned her over a bizarre video that surfaced in the first instalment, showing the businessman ‘begging for forgiveness’ from an ex, as he was surrounded by topless men on the beach.

Yeah, we’re not sure what’s going on either…

In a new interview, Melissa revealed that her close pal went above and beyond to get her point across to Teresa over Louie, which resulted in an explosive showdown.

Margaret Josephs was ‘relentless’, according to Melissa (Picture: Getty)

‘Margaret was completely relentless. She really was,’ the reality star told Page Six. ‘She had an opinion on something and she was not letting go.’

However, this left the On Display singer in another awkward position as she found herself stuck between her sister-in-law and her good friend.

‘It sucks for me, to be honest, because it’s my family and then they’re my girlfriends who actually treat me really well,’ she continued.

‘They’re very good friends to me, they really are … but this is my sister-in-law. So when they all go at it, I just want to walk out of the room!

‘I try to bring them back together as much as I can. But screw it! You guys are old enough, you know what you’re doing. Figure it out.’

Louie made a brief debut on RHONJ towards the end of season 11, where Teresa – who was previously married to Joe Giudice – remained tight-lipped over their relationship.

After a whirlwind year together, the pair announced their engagement last October, sending us all into a spin.

However, spilling on their nuptials, she confessed that not all of her co-stars will be getting an invite to their big day.

Judging by the new Bravo episode, we’re not totally surprised about that…

‘We haven’t decided anything yet,’ she told Metro.co.uk of her wedding plans, before laughing: ‘Will all the Jersey housewives be invited? Absolutely not!

‘Some will, some won’t. We haven’t got there yet.’

While she remained coy on who won’t be making the cut, Teresa couldn’t help but rave about her newly-engaged status.

‘I’m still enjoying it. It just happened so we’re still in a little love bubble and just enjoying being engaged right now,’ she added.

‘We have to start planning but there’s just been a lot going on. We moved in together then we get engaged, and now the holidays are coming.

‘We have to start planning soon but we’re not there yet!’

Real Housewives of New Jersey season 12 is available to stream on hayu, with new episodes dropping on Wednesdays.
