Hundreds of Britons have dug out their finest summer dresses and sharp suits for Royal Ascot this year, with crowds already arriving for day two of the races.
The regal event welcomed King Charles and Queen Camilla yesterday, along with a host of other members of the Royal Family – all dressed to impress.
Members of the public have put on an eye-catching display of their own too, with guests seen wearing eccentric hats and striking colours as they flock to the race track.
While male guests donned tailcoat suits and top hats, women opted for elaborate floral hats and vibrant tailored dresses.
One woman stepped out in a green ensemble while clutching a bright yellow bag and an unmissable butterfly headpiece.

A group of women also stood out in the crowd as they were all dressed in the same lilac dress.
They teamed the form-fitting dress with pin-up girl-style hair, bright lipstick, and floral headpieces for a gorgeous vintage display.
Other women went for a more chic look with wide-brim hats and a monochrome colour palette. Showing off her chic style, one guest stepped out in what appeared to be a luxury designer dress by Huishan Zhang.
The tweed style retails for a staggering £1,786 and features an elegant ribbon waist with a deep low-cut neckline.
Meanwhile, TV presenter Louise Roe styled the £350 “CeCe dress” by Seren London.
Model Rosie Tapner joined other famous faces at the event while channelling her inner royal.
She wore the Christina Floral Dot Dress by Beulah London (£450) – a designer both Princess Kate and Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh have been spotted wearing in the last few weeks.
Designer dresses were all the rage amongst racegoers, with another guest spotted in a pricey number by Diane Von Furstenberg (£256).
The glamorous guest looked joyous as she arrived in the colourful patterned dress, which features a unique contrast of pink and black fabrics.
She teamed the outfit with a black hat to match her male companion who looked dapper in a tailcoat and hat.
