NEW DELHI: Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board is inviting applications from interested and eligible candidates for the posts of Group C Fireman and Driver/Operator under Advt No 01/2023. Candidates would be able to apply online from the official website – sssb.punjab.gov.in as the application process begins tomorrow, on January 28, 2023.
The last date to submit the application form is February 28, 2023. Candidates can make the payment of online application fees till March 03, 2023.

PSSSB Recruitment 2023: Vacancy Details
The PSSSB recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 1317 vacancies, of which 991 are for Firemen posts and 326 for Driver/ Operator posts. Among these 1007 vacancies of Fireman and Driver/Operator are for Municipal Councils Nagar Panchayats and 310 vacancies of Firemen and Driver/Operator are for Municipal Corporations.
PSSSB 2023 Recruitment: Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:
The applicant should be between the age range of 18-37 years as on January 01, 2023.
Educational Qualification:
Fireman: The candidate must have cleared Class 10 (Matriculation) or equivalent.
Driver/Operator: The applicant must have passed Class 8 + HMV Driving License (5-year-old) is necessary.
