BBK-owned consumer technology brand OnePlus has launched a new pair of Truly Wireless Stereo (TWS) earbuds in India — called OnePlus Buds Pro.
Touted to be a premium offering from the brand, the OnePlus Buds Pro earbuds find their USP in its Adaptive Noise Cancellation (ANC) support.
OnePlus Buds Pro price and availability
The company has not mentioned the price or when they will become available for the Indian market. It did however mention that users will be able to purchase them from Amazon.in, OnePlus.in, OnePlus Experience Centers and partner stores.
Internationally, for the European market, it has been priced at 149 euros (approximately Rs 13,000) and will go on sale there starting August 25 and become available for pre-order starting August 18. As for North America, it has been launched at $149.99 (approximately Rs 11,000) and will go on sale starting September 1.
OnePlus Buds Pro features and specs
As mentioned, the OnePlus Buds Pro comes with Adaptive Noise Cancellation (ANC) support that, according to the company, intelligently eliminates unwanted sound frequencies in real-time. This is said to be applicable to environmental noise or chatter and because of this, it is able to adjust the level of noise cancellation accordingly.
Each earbud of the OnePlus Buds Pro houses three mics that are claimed to be able to filter out noise levels of up to 40dB.
Specs-wise, these earbuds house 11mm dynamic drivers that offer Dolby Atmos support. They offer Bluetooth 5.2 support and 94ms latency with Pro Gaming mode turned on.
In terms of battery, they are said to last up to 38 hours along with the charging case in a single charge. OnePlus also claims that a 10 minute charge will be able to make the OnePlus Buds Pro last 10 hours. The earbuds also support OnePlus’ lightning-fast Warp Charge, as well as third party Qi-certified wireless chargers.
