NTR 30: Janhvi Kapoor, Jr NTR and SS Rajamouli launch the film with the first clap

RRR star Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor are all set to star in a currently untitled Telugu-language film. Dubbed NTR30, the film is directed by Koratala Siva. On Thursday morning, the film had its official launch attended by the cast and crew alongside SS Rajamouli.

The opening ceremony saw RRR director SS Rajamouli give the first clap. Meanwhile, Jr NTR welcomed Janhvi Kapoor onboard. Pictures from the ceremony began doing the rounds of the internet in no time.

NTR 30 will mark Janhvi Kapoor’s Telugu-language film debut and Jr NTR will reunite with director Koratala Siva after Janatha Garage.

Janhvi Kapoor took to her social media handle to share snaps from the opening ceremony including the clapboard. She wrote, “Happy day. The start of the most special journey #NTR30.”

NTR30 has been making headlines ever since the film was announced. Jr NTR is fresh off the success of RRR. The film made history at the Oscars 2023 where it won Best Original song for Naatu Naatu. Meanwhile, Janhvi Kapoor was last seen in Mili and is also attached to star in Bawaal.
