Molly-Mae Hague has spoken in candid detail about giving birth to daughter Bambi, admirably admitting she pooed in the process.

In late January, the former Love Island star and her boyfriend Tommy Fury announced that they had welcomed a baby girl together, who they named Bambi, taking inspiration from the Disney character of the same name.

Since the birth, the 23-year-olds have continued to share updates about how their lives have changed since becoming first-time parents, with Molly-Mae sharing a lengthy vlog on her YouTube channel sharing new details of how things have been over the past couple of weeks.

At one point in the video, the former reality star explained she ‘wasn’t in pain’ during birth ‘because of the epidural’ and compared the sensation of ‘Bambi coming out of her’ to ‘feeling like I was doing a poo’.

The doting mum told fans: ‘I was pushing. She was coming out of me, I could feel it, it was incredible.

‘It did actually feel like I was doing a poo. And by the way, did I poo in birth? Yes, I did, I think.’

Molly went on: ‘The doctors were like, “oh no you haven’t, don’t worry about it” but I’m 99.9% sure I could smell it.

‘That’s one thing as well I was quite nervous about when I was pushing because I know if I push the way I’m gonna push this baby out, I’m gonna poo.’

She continued: ‘And they were like, “don’t worry about it, 90% of women poo when they give birth”.

‘I was like, “I know, but this is a very vulnerable position for me. My legs are in stirrups, there’s medical professionals all around me, my boyfriend is stood here. Like, I don’t wanna poo myself”.’

‘I have zero dignity, but even in that moment I still cared, I don’t know why,’ Molly concluded.

Molly also revealed she filmed the moment Bambi was welcomed into the world, saying: ‘It’s all such a massive blur, and funnily enough, I did actually film me giving birth.

‘I have the best, most magical video of me giving birth, and I don’t know why on this planet I thought I would feel like I could show that online.’

The Pretty Little Thing creative director admitted that she can ‘barely watch’ the video herself, although she has watched it once without volume.

‘I bawled my eyes out watching it and I feel like I will never be able to show that. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to show it to anyone. My sister is begging to watch it. I don’t know, I just feel like I can’t,’ she added.
