Marvel’s Wolverine Will Apparently Begin Mo-Cap Process Soon

Marvel’s Wolverine will soon enter into a key part of the development process, which could hint at its probable launch in 2024 or even 2023.

There is no doubt that Insomniac Games has been pretty busy and successful in the last few years. Since they joined PlayStation Studios, they got even busier, but it doesn’t seem to affect the quality of their works even a little bit.

During the last generation of consoles, they surprised PS4 players with an incredible Spider-Man adaptation, and with the launch of PS5, they introduced Spider-Man Miles Morales as well as a brand new entry from Ratchet and Clank series. Both games turned into a huge success for the studio and made fans excited about the upcoming projects from Insomniac.

Now, we all know that this talented team is working on the next entry of Marvel’s Spider-Man, but there is also another project that is processing simultaneously at a slower pace!

Wolverine Might Launch Earlier Than Expected!

Only a few hours earlier, Mike Yosh, the lead animator behind Marvel’s Wolverine from Insomniac Games, shared an image from an empty motion-capture room on his Twitter account, and he did mention that the room will not remain empty forever, implying that they will soon use the motion-capture room for a project, which is likely Marvel’s Wolverine.

This is definitely big news for PS5 and Insomniac fans as they are so excited to see how this talent-filled studio is going to shape up a world that has not been depicted on a large scale until now. Marvel’s Wolverine could turn into a very successful IP for Sony now that it is in the right hands.

Other than that, the beginning of the motion-capture process in the first half of 2022, could be a good sign to expect the game’s launch in 2024 or even later in 2023.
