Man Utd hint Harry Maguire may make surprise return vs Leicester in five-man injury update
Manchester United face a crunch clash in their Premier League campaign away at Leicester City on Saturday – and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has admitted there may be a return for key men Harry Maguire and Marcus Rashford.
Rashford has missed the entire season thus far after undoing a shoulder operation in the Euro 2020 tournament over the summer.
After sitting a bit of time out for a back operation last season, fans will be itching to see their home-grown superstar who will undoubtedly inject a fresh lease of life into Old Trafford.
With Jadon Sancho failing to impress thus far and Anthony Martial being linked with Newcastle, there is an inclination for Solskjaer to start him – although the Norwegian doesn’t know whether he will or not.
“He’s in the squad, if he’s gonna start or not, I can’t tell you now,” Solskjaer said.
“He’s worked really hard throughout the lay-off, been really bright this week and had a 60 minute involvement behind closed doors last week, so he’s raring to go.
