Man on illegal E-SCOOTER with no helmet tries making it through a flooded street
A HILARIOUS video shows the moment a man riding an e-scooter gets it very wrong.
Uploaded to TikTok by user @iamkarlwilliams, the video shows a man on what looks to be an illegal e-scooter.
It’s currently legal to buy an e-scooter, but illegal to ride a private one on the public road.
The only way to legally ride one on the road is to hire one from a company like Uber via an app on your phone.
The video is shot using a smartphone from the passenger seat of a car.
The car is stationary on a flooded road and there are various cars coming the other way through the water.
After a few seconds the man on the e-scooter can be seen heading towards the flood, intending to go through it.
The person filming says: “look, my man on an electric scooter, please fall over. Go on, go on.”
The e-scooter rider enters the water at a decent pace but it quickly becomes clear the water is far too deep.
The front wheel of the scooter washes out and the rider is thrown off into the water.
The people in the camera car are hysterical with laughter as the e-scooter rider gets a soaking in the flood water.
Nobody in the comments had an sympathy for the e-scooter rider.
