Love Island star Jack Keating’s baby daughter’s name revealed

It’s been just over two months since former Love Island star Jack Keating became a father for the first time.

And now, the name of the 23-year-old television personality’s daughter has been revealed by her mother, Keely Iqbal.

Taking to Instagram Stories to answer questions from fans, artist Keely shared that the little one has her dad’s surname and is called Maya Ann Keating.

‘Ann was my mum’s name,’ Keely added. ‘She watches Maya from heaven.’

Keely also shed some light on her experience of motherhood, telling her followers: ‘Being a mummy can be tiring, but that’s okay because our 3am chats are my favourite and this is by far the best job in the world.’

Last month Jack, who is the son of singer Ronan Keating, enjoyed some bonding time with his little girl Maya and posted a photograph of her wrapped in a grey blanket and looking comfy in a stroller.

Captioning the upload, he wrote: ‘Walks with my special girl (love heart emoji).

Although Jack and new mum Keely aren’t in a relationship, he previously expressed excitement at the prospect of co-parenting.

Speaking to The Sun, he said: ‘Her mother and I have decided to keep her identity private for now and we ask everyone to please respect our privacy at this time.

‘My daughter’s mother and I are not together, however, we look forward to co-parenting and giving our little girl the best support system that she needs.’

Jack added: ‘This is an exciting new chapter for me and my family and I am completely besotted already.

‘I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a father and give my daughter the most amazing life.’
