Jaya described her brand new vehicle as a gift from the Lord after owning two used cars that showed signs of “unsafe defects.”

The U.S.-based singer proudly showed off the three-row SUV through her Instagram account on Tuesday, Dec. 13.

“Thank you Lord for granting me provisions so I can buy my [1st] brand new, finally! After buying 2 used cars that were showing unsafe defects, I prayed and decided to get a brand new vehicle to make sure my family will be safe and protected in every ride,” she wrote.

Jaya also praised the Lord for the vehicle, saying “this was a gift from my heavenly Father.”

“Now, how do I know that? Because [everything] I own and have are His!!! Bottom line, He is my family’s provider. So, if any of you want to see how God answers prayers, just give it a try and pray about it. God is good all the time,” she added.

Fellow celebrities including Pops Fernandez, Diva Montelaba, Rufa Mae Quinto, Carla Abellana, Garth Garcia, and Martin Nievera sent their regards and congratulated the singer on her purchase.

“Wooohooo! Pasakay ko ate Iyay [heart eyes emoji],” Montelaba wrote.

“Joyride naman dyan [heart emojis] congratulations [confetti emoji],” Quinto said.
