The chart-topping US singer, 38, who is engaged to the British actor, 46, was clearly feeling warm for his form as she made her thoughts on his sartorial choices public.
Orlando was in Cannes and Monaco over the weekend on a press tour for his upcoming racing movie, Gran Turismo.
On Friday, he took part in a photo call on the Carlton Cannes’ beach club pier with castmates Geri Halliwell Horner, Archie Madekwe and Maximilian Mundt, as well as the movie’s director Neill Blomkamp, best known for helming 2009 sci-fi film District 9.
The Lord of the Rings star opted for a cream single-breasted Paul Smith gradient suit for the occasion, with splashes of blue and green, which he paired with chunky beige shoes.
In tune with the warm weather and scorching sunshine by the water’s edge of the French Riviera city, Orlando opted to go shirtless underneath his suit.
Sharing video footage on her Instagram Stories of her other half walking alongside co-star Archie in his cream suit, wearing shades, she wrote: ‘YAAAssss nooo shirttt hawwwt diggityyyydawwwg @orlandobloom.’
We can all get behind a supportive partner.
Orlando also recently showered Katy in praise following her performance at King Charles’ Coronation Concert, where she belted out her hits Roar and Firework.
Dedicating a sweet message to her the morning after, with whom he shares two-year-old daughter Daisy, Orlando posted a photo of the epic light display that lit up the sky above her as she performed onstage.
The Pirates of the Caribbean actor wrote alongside it: ‘Immensely proud of you my love. You always bring the light.’
Speaking to Metro.co.uk at the Cannes photo call for Gran Turismo, the actor called it ‘a movie about dream big enough and you never know what might happen’.
It tells the true story of Jann Mardenborough (Madekwe), who attends the GT Academy, brain child of the real-life Darren Cox, where youngsters adept at playing the video game are trained in real cars on the track for a shot at a racing career.
Orlando plays Danny Moore, who is based on Cox.
The known daredevil enjoyed visiting racing tracks around the world during shooting but had one minor complaint.
‘It was fun to get to play in this space, although I didn’t really get to drive the cars because Darren Cox is the guy who comes up with the idea to do this, he was the marketing genius and the brain behind the idea, so I didn’t get as much fun driving as I’d like!’ he admitted.
Gran Turismo is scheduled to release in UK cinemas on August 11.
