Kartik Aaryan kicks off filming for Chandu Champion, sports drama to hit theatres in June 2024

Kartik Aaryan is basking in the glory of his latest movie SatyaPrem Ki Katha and has apparently commenced filming for his upcoming project titled Chandu Champion. The movie is directed by Kabir Khan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.

As per reports by a leading entertainment portal, a source revealed that Kabir Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala feel that the title of the film is suitable as it complements the character’s journey. The title is both unusual and reminiscent of Bajrangi Bhaijaan’s actions in 2005. The director and producer are trying to generate interest in the film by encouraging discussions about its title.

It has been reported that Chandu Champion, a sports drama, will be filmed over the course of the next six months. Although the exact release date has not been determined yet, it is anticipated to be shown in theatres in June of the following year.

The source stated, “Though the film is a sports drama on the outlook of things, there are many elements that require good VFX, and hence, Kabir will be keeping a good amount of time for the post-production. Both Kabir and Sajid are confident that the film will be a landmark in their career.”

Meanwhile, Kartik Aaryan was recently seen in SatyaPrem Ki Katha alongside Kiara Advani. The film has received positive reviews from the audience after being released on June 29. It is directed by Sameer Vidwans.
