Kapil Sharma calls Akshay Kumar ‘big bro’ as he informs that tiff between them is sorted

Comedian Kapil Sharma recently issued a clarification over the reports claiming his tiff with actor Akshay Kumar. On Tuesday, he tweeted and told his fans that he talked to the actor and sorted out the issue.

Kapil wrote, “Dear friends, I was reading all the news in the media about me and Akshay paji, I have just spoken to paji and sorted all this, it was just a miscommunication, all is well and very soon we are meeting to shoot the Bachchan Pandey episode. He is my big bro and can never be annoyed with me, thank you.”

As per the exclusive report by a leading news portal, Akshay was basically upset as he had demanded a clip from his recent appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show to be deleted but the clip was still being circulated by Sony Entertainment Television. In the clip, Kapil had jokingly asked the actor about the interview he did with a famous personality, making an indirect reference to the interview he did with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Akshay then challenged the comedian to openly speak the name of the ‘famous personality’ post which, Kapil tried to change the topic.

As per an anonymous source, “Akshay took all of Kapil’s jokes head-on but the dig on the PM interview seemed to mock the dignity of such a high office. So Akshay requested the channel to not air that question. It is a right of the guests to make such a request as the show is not live. The channel agreed, but the said scene was leaked on the internet soon after.”

The source further added, “It was a breach of trust on the part of someone in Kapil’s team, and Akshay sought a clarification before he appears on the show again,” and also said that Akshay won’t be appearing on the show to promote Bachchan Pandey.
