Jaya, family safe after house burned down in US

Jaya praised God as she assured fans that she and her family are all safe after their house was engulfed in fire in the United States.

The singer showed their house with the glass windows broken and the garage completely damaged by the fire, through her Instagram page today, Aug. 8.

“God is so good! Our house just burned to the ground but we are all safe! I have no words but GOD IS GOOD!!!” she said.

Fellow celebrities including Ogie Alcasid, Tom Rodriguez, Pokwang and Amy Perez sent their prayers and expressed relief that the singer and her family did not sustain any injuries.

Jaya moved to the U.S. with her family last year to start anew, stating that she is surrendering everything to her Maker after experiencing a series of challenges amid the pandemic. JB
