SS Rajamouli is fresh off the success of RRR. Starring Ram Charan and Jr NTR, the film is a period drama that tracks the fictional journey of two revolutionaries who went up against British rule. The film recently won an award for Naatu Naatu at the Golden Globes 2023. Amidst all the international appreciation pouring in, it turns out Avatar director James Cameron also shared his thoughts on RRR with SS Rajamouli.

SS Rajamouli caught up with James Cameron recently at the Critics Choice Awards. During their interaction, the Hollywood director revealed that he watched RRR twice. Rajamouli described the exchange in a post captioned, “The great James Cameron watched RRR. He liked it so much that he recommended to his wife Suzy and watched it again with her.”

He added, “Sir I still cannot believe you spent a whole 10 minutes with us analyzing our movie. As you said I AM ON TOP OF THE WORLD… Thank you both”

After bagging a history-making win at the Golden Globes 2023, RRR has won two Critics Choice awards for Best Foreign Film and Best Song for Naatu Naatu.
