Manchester United have formally announced the signing of Jadon Sancho on social media. Fans have finally been given what they want after pictures emerged showing the England winger wearing United red, in what is a blockbuster signing ahead of next season.
Attention will soon turn to what shirt number Sancho will sport when he turns out at Old Trafford.
The No 7 jersey would be an obvious choice, given the legends which have strutted their stuff wearing that number before like Eric Cantona, David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo.
However, that is currently taken by Edinson Cavani, who is unlikely to give it up without a fight.
Other vacancies include No 12, No 16, or if the winger truly wanted make a statement about his desire to eventually obtain the No 7 jersey, he could go with No 77.
