ITV’s The Games viewers complain about Holly Willoughby’s appearance

Viewers of ITV’s The Games were complaining within minutes during the fourth episode of the new primetime sports programme over Holly Willoughby’s latest outfit.

The Games, which is hosted by Holly and Freddie Flintof, sees 12 celebrities take on Olympic-style events against each other. However, viewers couldn’t focus on the action as they were distracted by Holly’s latest outfit of a plunging white shirt and red trousers. For many fans it wasn’t quite to their taste.

@GelertClaire said on Twitter: “Holly Willoughby wearing her shirt like Simon Cowell tonight, open to the waist #TheGames.”

@suelwest complained: “For heaven’s sake @hollywills put your chest away. It’s about sport, not strippers! #TheGames.”

@MrsArsington commented: “Why does Holly Willoughby have her dumplings boiling out her shirt on this games thing? Is she off clubbing after?”

@celine_mckeown also said: “@TheGameTV Think @hollywills should do a button up on her shirt. Everything is going to fall out.”

However, some viewers thought that Holly’s latest look was totally normal. @Lee__Clayton said on Twitter: “Reading the tweets I thought Holly’s t*ts were hanging out. Her top isn’t even that bad?”

The series – a reboot of a former Channel 4 show – is hosted by Holly and Freddie, with extra commentary from Chris Kamara and Alex Scott as a reporter. The programme features Mel B’s daughter Phoenix, Love Island’s Olivia Atwood, former Strictly pro Kevin Clifton and a catalogue of other celebrity faces including stars of EastEnders and Harry Potter.

The Games concludes on ITV tomorrow evening at 9pm.
