Is FUT down? – Players fail to connect to FIFA 23 online

EA Sports is experiencing server issues for FIFA 23.

Millions of players are unable to connect to FIFA’s online modes currently due to the error.

All online modes appear to be affected, but in particular, players are struggling to enter FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT).

This is the most popular mode in FIFA, with thousands of people logging in every day to play.

Players have been unable to purchase packs, though they can open packs that they already own.

FIFA 23 players have been experiencing crashes when they try to purchase a pack.

They then have to close the game and open up again.

Offline modes remain unaffected, and players can still open packs that they previously purchased.

However, all online matches are affected, and people will not be able to enter these games for the foreseeable future.

EA Sports is aware of the issue and says that the team is working to fix the problems.

The team said via Twitter: “We are investigating reports of some players being unable to connect to EA Servers and will provide an update in this thread when available.”

If you are interested to know when the servers go back online, EA says that it will update their Twitter thread.

It is likely that the issue will affect the game for a number of hours, and is unlikely to be back before this evening.

No reason has been given for the issues. We do know that this is not a scheduled shutdown.

Online servers are often shutdown for short periods of time to allow for updates and maintenance.

However, this is not the reason in this case.
