I’m a Celebrity campmates will return to quarantine after being removed from Gwrych Castle amid Storm Arwen.

This year’s celebrity line-up have left the Grade I listed 19th-century caste near Abergele in north Wales after the storm caused chaos, it was announced tonight (Saturday November 17).

And they will return to the castle once it’s safe to do so.

The celebrities, including Coronation Street star Simon Gregson and Emmerdale’s Danny Miller, quarantined before entering Gwrych Castle and have formed a bubble for the ITV reality series.

They will now return to the same quarantine conditions before they arrived at the castle.

Earlier today it was announced that I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! live episodes had been cancelled this weekend because of technical difficulties caused by Storm Arwen.

A spokesman said their production base had sustained significant damage during last night’s storm.

The live shows will be replaced tonight and tomorrow night in the ITV schedules by compilation shows.

Fans feared the long-running ITV show may face the axe if the covid bubble had been broken.

Good Morning Britain presenter Richard Madeley was forced to pull out of the ITV reality show on Thursday after he was taken to hospital.

@tothepoint2019 said: “Surely as they have all been taken out of the Castle to a hotel, then they all have now broken their covid bubble rules just like Richard Madeley??? #ImACeleb #cancelled
