IIM Sambalpur’s annual fest ‘Ethos 23’ begins tomorrow – Times of India

BHUBANESWAR: Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Sambalpur is all set to host its annual festival Ethos from January 27 to 29 in its campus. The IIM Sambalpur’s mega flagship 3-day annual festival will be held in three verticals including Business, Cultural and Sports.
The festival will provide a stage for students from all B-Schools to showcase their eclectic skills and knowledge in the realm of business, cultural, and sporting arenas and compete amidst some of the finest talents from across the country.
The theme of Ethos-23 is Metamorphosis, which will guide you through the period of transformation, showcasing the ever-evolving and improving the world around us.
The sports vertical of IIM Sambalpur’s Annual Extravaganza- Ethos’23, is the heart of the fest. The show will present the metamorphosis that sports has gone through over the years and how it evolved into new definitions of sports. Around 300-400 athletes from various B-Schools, competing in 10 sports over three days, are expected. The events to be held are- Hit ‘n’ Run (Cricket), Soccer Mania (Football), Dunk and Dazzle (Basketball), Mind Games (Chess), Grip N Rip (Table Tennis), Smack it (Volleyball), Shuttleroid (Badminton), Pocket Rockets (Carrom), Catch N Throw (Throwball), Pace Makers (Athletics).
