2020 gave us several interesting projects through OTT and we got to see many and many hidden talents on screen. One of the biggest finds was Pratik Gandhi, the actor who starred in Hansal Mehta’s Scam 1992 and got us all talking about him.
Pratik Gandhi who has earlier acted in several Hindi films as a supporting role or in small characters, is obviously now being offered lead roles and interesting concepts. One of his B-town projects is a comedy film with Taapsee Pannu titled Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan?
Speaking about the movie in a leading daily, Pratik Gandhi says that while he has done comedy several times in theatre, this is his first brush with the genre on the big screen. He further adds that it’s nor easy to crack comedy and it requires an artist to be spontaneous and go with the flow. Well knowing his talent, we’re sure that this one won’t be that difficult.
Pratik Gandhi and Taapsee Pannu both have several other projects to finish before they jump onto this one. Both the actors have taken up several films and due to the lockdown and the pandemic the timelines have gone haywire. Can’t wait for these two powerhouse performers to unite.
