A CAR expert claims that pet owners have been cleaning pet hair from their cars all wrong.
Most drivers struggle to remove their pet’s hair from their car’s interior with a hoover, but a one-pound item can make your life easier.
TikTok user @__morganashley__ said a pumice stone could grab all the animal hair from your car seats and floor.
And a pumice stone costs £1.20 in Asda.
In the video, she simply brushes her staircase with the stone, and a bunch of fine white hairs gather in one place, making them easy to remove.
She said on the video: “Cleaning your car and have stubborn dog hair the vacuum can’t even get.
“Try a pumice stone, and look how easy it grabs the hair.”
In a similar video on TikTok, most people said they wanted to try this hack.
One said: “Thank you for that because I have a husky, and his fur is everywhere in my car.”
A second commented: “That’s a great tip. First time I’ve heard about this.”
A third pointed out: “I need to try this on my stair carpet as I have a cat, and he’s always lying on it. Thanks for the tip.”
Another car expert revealed that a lint roller is an easy and effective way to pick up pet hair and other debris from car upholstery.
Simply roll the lint roller over the affected areas to remove the hair and other debris.
And a cleaning whizz revealed a hack to leave your car clean in seconds – and it only costs £1.50 on Asda.
