A tourist who was upset after a family had taken the seat she had been allocated on a flight enjoyed “karmic justice”.
The family of three switched from their reserved seats – D, E and F – on one aisle across to A, B and C. The woman was supposed to be in one of the latter three and the parent “wouldn’t even look up at” the woman and her fellow traveller when she raised the issue.
The thread has been widely read on the website, with many condemning the family for moving seats in the first place as the original poster described them as “identical”.
“Outstanding”, a Redditor wrote, whilst another said: “That’s fantastic!”
Someone commented: “When travelling I always have two charged power packs in my personal bag. So not only did they steal seats they are not good at planning ahead for travelling!”
“I’m really curious why they decided to sit in identical seats across the aisle from their assigned seats. Whomp whomp to them, sweet karma”, somebody giggled.
It comes after a travel expert told Express.co.uk tourists should always pack a multi-plug extension lead in their hand luggage.
He said it can save tourists from running around trying to find a dual-socket and can also be helpful, if they’re travelling with friends and family, to prevent fighting over socket space.
