Have you ever wondered what unspeakable horrors lie in wait for the supremely rich one percent? A new series from BOOM! Studios titled Eat the Rich is about to investigate this starting in August.

CBR has an exclusive preview of Eat the Rich #1 by Hugo Award-winning author Sarah Gailey (The Echo Wife, Magic For Liars), artist Pius Bak (Firefly, The Magicians), colorist Roman Titov, and letterer Cardinal Rae. The preview follows law school student Joey and her boyfriend Astor as they head to Crestfall Bluffs to spend the summer with Astor’s affluent family. This is Joey’s first time meeting Astor’s friends and family, but of course, there has to be darkness behind their seemingly perfect lives.
