Dondol Stars to play Cup game against Pirates in Polokwane | The Citizen
Orlando Pirates will probably feel more at home than their hosts when they meet Dondol Stars in the Nedbank Cup quarter finals in Polokwane.

The anticipated fixture has been scheduled for a 3pm kickoff at Peter Mokaba Stadium on April 15.
The dates and venues for the quarter finals were confirmed by the Premier Soccer League (PSL) through a statement on Tuesday.
Pirates are expected to draw a huge crown at the Limpopo venue where they play the Pretoria side.
The game is the most anticipated of all four quarter finals matches as Dondol have proved to be giant slayers of note in this year’s competition.
The Gauteng ABC Motsepe League log leaders have knocked out SuperSport United and AmaZulu FC on their way to meeting Pirates.
It was the way that Dondol beat both SuperSport and Usuthu that has drawn attention to them.
They matched both elite division sides pound for pound and took AmaZulu to extra time and beat them on penalties.
But Dondol might find Pirates a little too much for them if their cup performances are anything to go by this season.
Pirates already have the MTN8 trophy from earlier in the season and will be looking to do a cup double.
Later on on April 15, Stellenbosch will host Mamelodi Sundowns at Athlone Stadium in what should be a scintillating match.
Stellies gave Sundowns a good run for their money in a league game recently and will look to cause an upset. This game will kick off at 6pm.
Chiefs meet hoodoo team Royal AM
Then on Sunday afternoon, April 16, it will be 2021 runners up Chippa United and Sekhukhune United who kick the action off at 3pm.
They will meet at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Qqeberha.
Royal AM and Kaizer Chiefs will play the last game of the Ke Yona quarterfinals at Chatsworth Stadium 6pm.
OPINION: Give Broos a break, at least until after Liberia redemption
The tickets for the games will be sold at TicketPro outlets countrywide including Spar, BP, Caltex, Sasol, Shell, and Total fuel stations. They will cost R60 per ticket.
