CUET UG Registration 2023: UGC chief announces setting up of help centres for applicants – Times of India

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency has started the online application process for CUET UG 2023. In a recent development, UGC Chairman Prof. Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar, today announced setting up of help centres to facilitate the application filing process for Common University Entrance Test (CUET).
Prof. Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar took to Twitter to announce UGC’s decision to launch a helpline service for aspiring candidates on February 24, 2023. “To ensure more participation from candidates throughout India, it has been decided to open CUET (UG) – 2023 Examination Help Centres for creating awareness among aspiring applicants and help provide equal opportunities to the candidates, especially from rural and remote areas,” reads the post.

The key objective of this step is to ensure that candidates who want to appear for CUET (UG) – 2023 should be able to apply without any difficulty and get the necessary guidance, if required. Candidates need not go to any Cyber Cafe for filling out their CUET (UG) – 2023 application.

The thread further reads, “Each Centre will have one dedicated Technical Person in-charge who will be helping the candidates in filling of the Application Form online. The candidates can go to their nearby Help Centre with the required documents and fill the form.”
Candidates must note that the helpline service is being provided free of cost. Applicants can find more details about these help centres on the official NTA website at nta.ac.in and cuet.samarth.ac.in.

NTA started the online registration for CUET UG – 2023 on February 09, 2023. The last date to submit the application form for Common University Entrance Test will come to an end on March 12, 2023.
