Chris Pine and girlfriend Annabelle Wallis have reportedly split.

The actors, who started dating in 2018, supposedly haven’t been together for a while now.

They’ve kept their romance low-key since they got together, but a source revealed to Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday that the Star Trek Beyond actor, 41, and The Mummy actress, 37, are no longer an item.

They shared that Chris and Annabelle ‘have broken up and haven’t been together for a few months.’

Not really ones for PDA or being centre of attention, one of the last times the two were spotted out together was during a coffee date in August 2020.

The kept a low profile otherwise, following their meeting in July 2018 when Chris was working on Wonder Woman 1984, in which he played Steve Trevor.

Little is known about the ins and outs of their relationship, since they reportedly never appeared on red carpets together.

Chris also doesn’t have Instagram, whereas Annabelle keeps hers focused on her work rather than her love life.

As for their previous relationships, Annabelle was linked to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin for a while back in 2014.

Chris was also subject to romance rumours after attending Coachella with actress and Star Trek co-star Sofia Boutella in 2017.

Chris’ most recent projects include the Dungeons & Dragons film adaptation, in which he stars alongside Hugh Grant and Michelle Rodriguez.

Olivia-Wilde-directed Don’t Worry Darling will also hit cinemas this year, with the rumoured girlfriend of Harry Styles (who takes the male lead in the flick) heaping praise on him after filming wrapped.

Booksmart director Olivia took to her Instagram to share a behind the scenes snap of Chris on set as she stood beside him.

She told her followers: ‘I’ve known the lovely Chris Pine for almost 16 years, and he has always been one of the most generous, supportive, intelligent, and skillful actors out there.

‘When I asked him to come play with us on Don’t Worry Darling, despite his busy schedule, he replied in a singularly Chris way by saying “yea buddy of course!”.

‘He then went on to deepen the character every day, without ever highjacking our intentions or stepping on our toes.

‘He was there to serve the piece in any way he could, and boy did he serve one hell of a performance. Such a thrill to work with you, Chris. #dontworrydarling.’

Florence Pugh will take the leading role of Alice in the upcoming thriller.

Reps for Chris and Annabelle have been contacted for comment.
