CBSE Class 12 History Exam 2023: Check important exam day guidelines and instructions – Times of India

NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education is scheduled to conduct the CBSE Class 12 History Exam 2023 tomorrow, March 29, 2023. Students must be busy and engaged in last-minute exam preparations and final revisions, therefore it is important for them to not neglect the exam day instructions and guidelines and be aware of the checklist for the examination day.

Get good sleep: A good night’s sleep is essential for every student, especially a day before the exam to keep the brain functioning properly. 7-8 hours of sleep should be enough for students the night before the exam.
Eat a healthy breakfast: Your brain needs fuel to function well, so just ensure to eat a nutritious breakfast that includes protein, whole grains, and healthy fats to keep your mind active. Avoid sugary and processed foods.
Report early: Wake up early in the morning and reach your exam center well in advance so you can avoid rushing and feeling stressed during the last moments.
Stay calm and focused: Take deep breaths and leave no scope for nervousness during the exam, do some light stretching, and remind yourself that you have prepared well for the exam.
Read admit card instructions: Make sure you clearly read the instructions mentioned on the admit card and guidelines for each section of the exam before you begin.
Manage your time: Pace yourself so that you have enough time to answer all the questions. Don’t spend too much time on one question, even if you are stuck on one just move to another and check that question at the end if you have time left.
Take up easy questions first: Start answering those questions you know the answers better and are clear in your mind so that you can build momentum and boost your confidence as you move through the paper.
Check your work: Before submitting your answer sheet to the invigilator, review your answers to make sure you have answered every question and your answers are to the best of your knowledge.
Stay until the end: Utilise complete three hours. Use all the time you have been given to complete the exam. Double-check your work if you have extra time.
