Carol Vorderman squats in skintight leggings during ‘sweaty’ gym sesh

Carol Vorderman, 62, took to Instagram to share footage from her latest workout with her 327,000 followers.

The former Countdown presenter showed off her strenuous workout in the gym, including some impressively low squats in her skintight leggings.

The star, who wore a brown T-shirt, black leggings and some black trainers, looked incredibly youthful as she “sweated it out”.

During the gym sesh, Carol could be seen lifting weights, running on the treadmill and using an exercise ball.

She captioned the clip: “Going for four gym sessions a week with @meldeane12….booommmmmm…

“Sweating it out in my local gym @the.gymset which I love,” she added.

“New concept really cos you hire this small private gym by the hour and it’s got everything in it….yaaaaayyyyyy. Love it x.

“Top @skims,” she added. “Grunting face…..by me.” (sic)

In the video, Carol told her fans: “So this is my happy place: the gym set when I’m at home in Bristol and I go online with Mel Deane.

“He makes me sweat a lot and I’m shattered now, so I’m going for a cup of coffee,” she added. Boom! This is what we like.”

Carol’s followers took to the comments section to share their thoughts on Carol’s rigorous fitness routine.

“Carol should do fitness videos more,” wrote Mark. “Very inspirational.”
