Britney Spears celebrates eight months conservatorship free in Mexico

Britney Spears, 40, was placed into a legal conservatorship in 2008 after the star went through a public mental health crisis. Many aspects of her finances and personal life were controlled, but now the Toxic singer has shared a heartwarming video with her fans celebrating her freedom in Mexico.

Britney shared a video update speaking to her 41.9 million Instagram followers.

The pop sensation is currently in Mexico and wanted to thank her fans for helping her enjoy such an opportunity following their campaigns for her freedom.

Britney went braless for the video in a cropped blouse which featured a low neck-line, exposing her ample assets.

She also left her taut abs on full display, showing off her gym-honed body.

The lengthy caption began: “I can understand that my posts complaining about my past may seem consistent!!!! It must seem like I have an extremely hard time letting it all go.

“But for me the real problem is that my family to this day honestly have no conscience whatsoever and really believe in their minds they have done nothing wrong at all !!!!

“They could at least take responsibility for their actions and actually own up to the fact they hurt me.”

She continued: “For me just a genuine apology would help give me closure but it honestly blows my mind every day of my life even after what is known what they did to me, they still act as if that’s ok!!!!”

Having posted more since the rant, Britney has shown her fans how much she is enjoying her freedom.

She however caused much concern among her fans this week as she posed naked on a public beach, with people seen kayaking in the background.

Many of Britney’s 41.9 million followers flocked to her post to comment.
