Asus brings its online store to India: All the details – Times of India

Taiwanese consumer technology company Asus has launched its official online store in India — www.asus.com/in/. Through this store, the company will be selling smartphones, laptops and accessories to customers across the country. The e-store will be serviced by AYR Technologies, one of the leading sellers online, said the company.
Asus e-Store features
According to the company, the Asus e-store will provide value-added features for consumers. The platform will offer Warranty Extension Packs starting at Rs 99, premium branded accessories starting at Rs 499 and exchange offers through Cashify. Business customers can save up to 18% on their purchases by claiming GST Input Tax Credit.
The Asus e-shop will provide services in approximately 30,000 pin-code areas. It will also include features to offer customer service, such as free delivery, occasional promo offers, call centre support across 220+ service locations, real-time status tracking through MyAccount and more. Asus has a toll-free number — 18002664416 — for customers to reach out to the customer care team. Alternatively, they can send an email enquiry to Online_India@asus.com.
Asus assures its customers that the payment options will be routed through secured payment gateways using e-payment, debit & credit cards, digital wallets, and more.
Till now, Walmart-backed Flipkart has been Asus’ official and only partner when it comes to selling its products. Last month, Asus launched four Chromebook models — Chromebook Flip C214, Chromebook C423, Chromebook C523, and Chromebook C223 — in India in partnership with Flipkart.
It remains to be seen if buyers will be able to get their hands on Asus products through Flipkart or moving forward, they will be available only through its online store.
