Assam Police Jail Warder: The Assam State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB) has started the online registration for candidates to the post of Jail Warder in Prison Department, Assam. Eligible candidates can submit their application form on the official website at slprbassam.in.
As per the recruitment schedule, the last date to apply for Assam SLPRB Jail Warder posts is February 11, 2023. The recruitment board aims to fill a total of 253 Jail Warder vacancies through this recruitment drive.

Age Limit
The applicants must be between 18 to 40 years of age as on 01-01-2023 (i.e. candidate must be born on or before 01.01.2005 and on or after 01.01.1983).

Educational Qualification
Candidates should have passed Assam High School Leaving Certificate Examination (HSLC) or equivalent from Govt. recognized Board or Council.
Selection Process
Candidates whose applications are found correct in all respects will be called for PST & PET. If any candidate is found to have any physical deformity as may be detected by the Medical Officer present in the DLSC / Selection Committee, he/ she will be debarred from participating in the other tests. The date (s) and venue (s) for the tests will be intimated in due course of time . The candidates will have to appear in PST & PET at the venue (s) as decided by SLPRB.
