Anime Adaptation Announced for ATRI: My Dear Moments Visual Novel
The visual novel ATRI: My Dear Moments will get a TV anime with Makoto Katou of Bloom Into You helming the show at animation studio TROYCA. Jukki Hanada of A Place Further Than The Universe fame will be responsible for the series’ score.
ATRI: My Dear Moments is Aniplex.EXE’s first visual novel game. Here is how our friends over at IGN Japan described the game when they tried it out back in 2020:
“ATRI My Dear Moments is set in a world that is sinking due to an unknown sea level rise. For some reason, the main character, Natsuo, returns to the rural town where he spent a short period of his childhood. To pay off her grandmother’s debts and claim her lost future, she tries to salvage an unidentified “golden thing” from her submerged research facility. That ‘golden thing’ was the heroine of the game, ‘Atori’.”
Rurouni Kenshin Anime Premiering in 2023
Rurouni Kenshin is getting a new anime, with the details of the main cast, staff, and character visuals released for the upcoming show. The anime will adapt Nobuhiro Watsuki’s Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Swordsman Romantic Story manga that ran from 1994 to 1999.
Souma Saitou will play Kenshin Himura and Rie Takahashi will play Kaoru Kamiya in the anime. Hideyo Yamamoto who has worked on the Strike the Blood will helm the series with the writing provided by Hideyuki Kurata of Made in Abyss fame.
Terumi Nishii, who worked on JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 4 will provide character designs with music by Yuu Takami. The anime will be made by Lidenfilms.
Fate Series Gets New Special
A new TV special based on Ryohgo Narita’s light novel Fate/strange Fake will come out in December 2022, subtitled Whispers of Dawn.

Mashiro’s manga Loving Yamada at Lv999 will get a TV anime adaptation in 2023. Staff and cast have been announced.

Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai Sequel Anime Announced
Hajime Kamoshida’s Rascal Does Not Dream light novel series will see another anime adaptation after the hit 2018 TV series Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai and the subsequent 2019 film, Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl.
The sequel anime will adapt the eight and ninth volumes of the light novel series.
Gen Urobuchi’s Light Novel Eisen Flügel to Get Anime Movie
Gen Uroboshi’s 2009 novel Eisen Flügel will get an anime movie, the teaser for which appears very exciting.
Seiji Mizushima will oversee the movie as the general director. Taizen Komatsuda will serve as the director of the film, working with A-1 Pictures for the movie which would showcase battles taking place between an aircraft and a dragon. Takashi Takeuchi who has worked on Fate/stay night and Grand Order will provide character designs.
