Alton Towers gives first look at the new attractions coming to CBeebies Land
ALTON Towers has shared some behind-the-scenes pictures of their new attractions which are opening later this month.
Guests will be able to visit three new attractions which will open in CBeebies Land on March 19.
Hey Duggee, JoJo & Gran Gran and Andy’s Adventures will feature throughout the land, offering more entertainment for youngsters.
The new photos show staff putting the final touches to the attractions, including the Hey Duggee Clubhouse, which is complete with a sensory area for kids to climb, slide and bounce on.
As part of the Hey Duggee experience, kids will join the Squirrel Club, meet Duggee in person and receive their own big adventure sticker badge.
Dinosaur lovers can get up close and personal with some new giant fossils in Andy’s Adventures Dinosaur Dig.
Kids can take part in the interactive attraction where they can dig and discover fossils and have them analysed in the ‘fossilator’ before learning more about their discovery.
A replica of Gran Gran’s home from JoJo & Gran Gran has been created in the theme park.
Fans can explore the house, call Gran Gran in St Lucia, help bake Gran Gran’s famous banana bread and head outside to find JoJo who’s hiding in the garden.
A double-width slide has been built in the park for children who need carers and sunken trampolines suitable for wheelchair users have also been installed.
Hey Duggee: The Map Badge and Bing’s Day Out at CBeebies Land are two new live shows that are also coming to the theme park.
They will join the existing shows, rides and attractions suited for kids at CBeebies Land, including family favourites Postman Pat, Peter Rabbit, In the Night Garden, The Teletubbies and Iggle Piggle.
Last month, the resort revealed the first look at their new Bing-themed bedrooms opening at the CBeebies Land Hotel.
The multi-coloured rooms have been designed for families with toddlers, including a huge interactive entertainment wall and other features.
We’ve rounded up all the new rides and attractions coming to UK and Disney theme parks this year.
You can now walk up the UK’s tallest rollercoaster in a terrifying new attraction.
