Kid-friendly recipes: Frozen veggie loaded mac and cheese for a tasty dinner

But this kid-friendly recipe ticks all the boxes: Frozen veggie loaded mac and cheese.

Here’s how to make it.
Recipe: Frozen veggie loaded mac and cheese
Ingredients:
- Cup of mixed frozen veg
- Cup of macaroni
- Large knob of butter
- Handful of grated Cheddar cheese
Method:
- Start by cooking the macaroni according to package instructions and set aside
- Cook the frozen veg
- Throw your cooked veg into a blender with butter and some of the cooking water, then blend until smooth
- Mix together the macaroni, veggie sauce, and grated cheese – and serve
